I am designated as an editor, as are my other colleagues who are able to upload PPT files without any issues. There is no error message about maximum limit reached, just that the upload failed.

We had an issue impacting Box Notes, and some users may have also experienced issues with logins, uploads, and downloads as well. Our internal team has informed us that the issue you reported should now be resolved. Can you confirm if you are still seeing the issue on your end?

Thanks so much for your prompt response. I've logged out of Box, and restarted my computer. I, along with other co-editors, are still unable to upload our PPT files, while others are able to without any difficulty. Would it be possible for the internal team to look at it again?
