unable to upload files into the invited shared folder

Gooday mate. 

I am "Box Individual (free)" user, and I have been invited by a company that has a "Business Plan" or higher plan  to share a folder.
However, I cannot upload even files of around 2GB to the shared folder. Based on the information at the URL below, I believe files up to 5GB can be uploaded.
What's wrong with this case?

"Alternatively, a free user collaborating on a folder owned by an Enterprise User can upload files of up to 50 GB in size in this folder."

Does anyone help?
