Unable to upload document in Box

I need to know and check what is the storage capacity in my box? what is the procedure?

I cant upload any data in the box further. What is the solution now if my storage capacity is more than present uploaded file capacity and vice versa,

Welcome to Box Community and I'm here to help with your upload issue. 

To check your current used storage, log in to the Box website> Account Settings> Storage Used. 

Upon checking you don't seem to have your own contents in Box. And you may be uploading contents in a shared folder. If so, kindly reach out to the owner.
