Unable to upload - do not have permission

Hi, I just created my account and cannot upload any file and cannot create folders. When I click on adding a file it says that I do not have permission. I have tried using Edge and Chrome and have reviewed my account settings. Please help

    It sounds like your account may lack the necessary permissions or role assignment. Please check with your admin to ensure you have upload and folder creation rights. If you're the admin, verify your user role and workspace settings. Also, try logging out and back in to refresh access. If the issue persists, contact platform support to review your account provisioning.
