Unable to upload

I am unable to upload any files to Box. I contacted my IT team and they didn’t find anything security or with the firewalls to cause a problem. It will go to 100% then the upload will fail. I have tried
1. Incognito window login and trial
2. clearing cache. 

  1. as mentioned working with my IT.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll help investigate in regards to your failed uploads.  

  • Is this a recurring issue on each upload attempt? Both own and shared folder? 
  • Did you drag and drop the file(s) or use the Box Web-App’s file browser (can upload  500 files at once)? 
  • Are you uploading large contents? If so, you might want to consider upload with FTPS
  • Verify that you are using one of our supported operating systems.
  • Check your network connection to Box. If connected to the internet with a wireless card, try a wired LAN connection. Check to see if the connection to the internet drops intermittently. If this is the case, we recommend the Folder upload method.

In case the issue persist, please gather the following: 

  • Take a screenshot or video recording of your upload issue. 
  • Note the exact date and timestamps when the upload failed. 
  • Take a HAR capture.
