Enterprise planへのupgaredeしようとしたら、上記のエラーメッセージが出てきます。どうすればよいでしょうか。

When I tried to upgrade to the Enterprise plan, I received the following error message:
"There was an error processing your request. Additional verification is required for your account. Please submit a ticket at support.box.com."
What should I do?

I wanted to upgrade my account to a Personal Pro, but I was asked to submit a ticket to upgrade. but I notice that only paid subscribers are allowed to submit tickets?? What sort of chicken and egg situation is this? I just wanted to upgrade my account from a free version to Personal Pro.

I am trying to upgrade to a paid plan on box.com, but when i put in my credit card information, it says that there is an issue with authenticating my account. 

 

I also am unable to submit a ticket for support. Can someone please help?

I am getting so many issues when trying to purchase a business plan. I tried to first get a business plan and then i got this issue. I made a free account and then tried to upgrade and still got the same issue. Seems like this is a common issue and should be addressed immediately, box is losing customers like this

I’m following the instructions provide here (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/ [removed by moderator] -Upgrading-Your-Box-Account ) to upgrade my Personal Pro to Business Plus. I get to Step 3 where I select the plan, then I get an error message “ There was a problem completing your request. Please try again. ” I tried these steps from two different browsers and get the same error. I’ve also already tried your standard solution of going to the pricing page.

Please provide support that will get my account upgraded. Thanks a bunch!
