Much like every other post in the community on this topic, I am trying to upgrade from the free personal to Personal Pro and getting an error when I go to process the payment irrespective of whether I choose annual or monthly. The error is sometimes generic and sometimes that I need to provide additional verification yet I am never asked for additional information. Further, all community posts have the same response to either log a ticket (which is somehow a community post rather than a ticket) OR it sends one to sales. While I can appreciate the links, I doubt the sales team needs to process my personal pro payment. Is there something else I'm missing in this process?
