Unable to Update Email Address -Old Forum Info Not Applicable

I am unable to update email for my account on the app. It's a free account. Updated the version, but there is no option for adding a second email address and then updating to primary. When loging into Box Forums, tried updating email there, but that does not work either. Please help. I have a screenshot to upload, however there is no option to upload here. Please make it easier for users to update their account info.
