The authenticator app I have been using does not have the generative codes for logging into Box, and I am unable to reset the 2FA thorugh account settings as the QR code is stuck on a loading animation. When I disable 2FA and refresh the page, the original 2FA method comes back as if it was not disabled.
I have used all 3 of the back up codes to gain access, and I am unable to generate new codes as it gives an error when I try.
