Why can’t I toggle on  “Expire link” when creating a shared link to send to somebody? I’ve tried all the different share options shown above the expire link option and none of them enable me to toggle on the expire link option. 
 

(I am the account owner of this account and of the folder/files I’m trying to do this on)

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to help with your shared link configuration. 

Setting up an expiration date for your shared link is a current limitation for freemium users that’s why it’s grayed out in your end. This setting is currently available for Personal Pro users, and above.
