I'm new to Box and I'm trying to transfer all my important computer files. In doing so, two files types resulted in an error, my PST files and Quickbooks profiles. The error stated, "The file name you specified is not valid or too long. Specify a different file name." I have tried renaming them to no avail. These are very important files I need to save on Box. What am I doing wrong and how to I get these saved on Box?
