I have been shared a folder within Box. I am able to see it on the web based box, along with all sub folders and files, however it does not allow syncing to box drive. There is no option on the main shared folder, any sub folder, or file within.


I am shown as the owner of the folder, though the sub folders and files are shown as a different owner.


Would anyone be able to assist?

UPDATE: Now I can't even rename files or move files to different folders.

Looking for assistance on this, as the original issue was also not looked at.
