Unable to Sync folders from Box to my Box drive. Sync option is missing User to Sync folders they choose

Welcome to the Box Community!

The Sync option in Box.com is not a function used in Box Drive, it is only use for Box Sync app.

When using Box Drive, your entire folder structure will be reflected into your local computer's Box folder as cache data.

If you need your folders and files to be available for offline user, Box Drive has its own Mark for Offline feature: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697574-Making-Content-Available-Offline

Im seeing options to sync folders on Box drive do you have to be the owner of the content in order to have that option ?BOX__e-Bylityab9CPYkCYr7niA.gif
