I am trying to upgrade from the Free version to the Business version but when I put in my credit card information I keep getting a message that says there is an error and a verification is needed so contact support.box.com but the "submit a request" button appears inactive. Everything is saying that this has to be done online but it's not possible for me to do so. Can some please assist so I can upgrade the account?

what can't we sent a requests under the support webpage, all that is shown (at least for me, anyways) is the community, and not even email and/or phone number?
