Unable to share link

Hi everyone,

I have a user that she wants to share a link from Box to herself and the invite never arrives.

i.e. - user has her office account, and she has an external account as well. When she tried sharing from her office account to her external account the invite never arrives either sharing from File Explorer or Browser.

I personally tested creating a new folder in my Box and sharing with her external account and the invite came through so from my end it worked from her end hasn't.

When I was checking her device and she shared I didn't see any error message, nothing, just the invite never arrives.

I also checked her junk email, but nothing came up.

Has anyone seen this before?
