Hello, I'm having trouble accessing a share for which the sharer has required a strong password be set. Our IT enforces SSO, and so we log in with our Google accounts and never have an opportunity to set a password. When I attempt to do so in 'account settings' it simply produces a generic error message "unable to set password". When trying to use a password reset function, no email is received, and it isn't being filtered or quarantined as confirmed by the mail admins.
How should I proceed to set the required 'strong' password?
