Unable to send document for signatures

I received an error message from Box Sign yesterday saying there was a problem with one of the 21CFR signatures in some documents I sent out. When I looked into it, one signature had not been captured and the documents were missing the signature altogether.

I am now trying to send the same documents outs for new signature and box is not letting me. The document is set up and ready to be sent but when I click the send request button nothing happens. I see the progress symbol come up on the screen, and quickly disappear but the document is not sent.
