Unable to see any folder under the study

If you are not seeing items on a folder that was shared to you, I recommend reaching out to it's owner to check if they have made changes or deleted items in that folder and help you recover those and get access. Let me the folder owner know what you see on your end so they can take action.

I suggest that you contact the owner of this folder and ask about your collaboration status since this would show in the owner's folder on the collaborator's permission level and status.
