Unable to request signature using Sign

When I upload a document to request a signature, i get the following message:

"Instance of 'boxSign-6f4f4001-d9b9-4fb6-b4db-3618fda1d269' not found for 'file_1185139380888': Unsuccessful HTTP status code received". 

Please advise.
