Unable to rename file

Dear person who it may concern,

I used BOX API to rename multiple file continuously but result to not unable to rename some file. Is there any condition for this API?

    Hi there,

    Can you take a look at the logs / responses from those requests and let me know if there were any errors produced? There could be a large number of reasons why a rename wasn't successful, such as hitting rate limits from too many requests at once, not having permission to edit the file (view only), etc.
