I am unable to rename a file title on some of my documents; I noticed the edit pencil is also missing on these files. How do I go about retrieving the edit pencil so I can rename title names?

Having the same issue. A bunch of features are missing from an excel file that was uploaded. can't change name, can't replace file, etc. HELP!
