I have deleted a file on box from my iPad pro and I am unable to find a recycle bin. I would like to recover it from your server. What is the procedure ?

Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for your post!
Please open a web browser from a computer or laptop and go to Box.com (Box Webapp) then login with your Box credentials to to access your Box Trash and locate the deleted file.
You can filter your Box Trash using "Items I deleted" and it'll display all items you have deleted, regardless of who created or owns the item.

Going on Box.com does not work either, we are having the same problem, when we delete something from box on our iPad it doesn't go to Box trash or even box.com it just straight up disappears. This is causing us a lot of issues as some of our people have accidentally deleted the file from an iPad but it doesn't exist anywhere.
I NEED RESOLUTION BEYOND THE COMMUNITY FORUM PLEASE. SOMEONE FROM SUPPORT HELP ME RECOVER ALL DELETED FILES FROM THE TRASH. I WILL PAY
