Unable to reclaim box space upon deleting files

Hi I have recently clean up and deleted many files however account shows 5 out of 10 GB used. Can support help me to reset account storage available?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
