Hi - I'm trying to preview mp3s on both Safari and Chrome browsers on a Mac, but the app says 'We're sorry, your account is unable to preview this file type' and requires a download.
This problem doesn't occur with Dropbox nor Google Drive on this computer, so I'm wondering why this issue occurs with Box.
