One of my favorite things about Box.com is being able to open PSD files from Box.com to Photoshop on my desktop and when I save the PSD, it saves on Box.com
However recently, I haven't had the option to "Open using Photoshop" on any PSD files. The "PS Open" logo on the top right corner is greyed out, too. It's really messing with my workflow, having to download the PSD files from Box.com and reuploading it again.

In order to open PSD files stored in Box with your PhotoShop app on desktop, you must have Box Tools installed and running.
Can you check on your list of applications if Box Tools is installed and if its running on your task manager/ activity monitor?
