Hello,
as per my previous post, (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/11134617590291-Unable-to-open-and-download-documents-in-Box), I have a box account with shared folders where clients are uploading documents and I have editor privileges. I am still unable to open or download documents saved in the folders. Please refer to my previous post for the message error that appear when I try to open a document.
We also tried all the recommended solutions and they did not work. We also ran a connection test. Please refer to my previous post for the connection test result.
