I created my account using Google, so initially there was no password associated with the account. Every time I try to change my password I get an error message "problem trying to change your password." I have already cleared my cache and cookies. I have already used Firefox, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge. I have tried to change my password on two computer and a phone. I hit "forgot my password" but no reset email ever shows up in my email. There is no answers on your forum on how to fix this issue. But it is incredibly time sensitive that it be resolved.

Nathalia, I had to call the main line to get ahold of a human. There is no phone support so I selected billing option or something like that. They assisted me in pushing the ticket thru. It took about 3 days and the issue was resolved. They will help you
