Unable to manually Add a User: Email already in use in anothercompany's Box Account but not associated with my company.

Unable to manually Add a User: Email already in use in anothercompany's  Box Account but not associated with my company. 

I already tried the below options.

- Deleting the BOX Account that already used in another company 

- Clicking "Save" double time, But it keeps loading and nothing happens
