I got a new laptop as well as a new phone recently. Since then, I am unable to login to my Box account associated with my work email <personal information-redacted>
The 6-digit code that I receive on my authenticator app is claimed to be invalid. I do not have any backup account either. There is no other option to proceed with login. Please help.
