Unable to login into box via ios safari

When I use safari browser (not the ios box app) to login into box, I get the page:  "Sorry, we couldn't find that page". 
Note: I am able to login via box ios app and chrome browser for ios.

Has anyone faced this issue before?

Do you have the latest version of iOS and safari installed?

Can you try to clear your cache and cookies on your Mobile Safari browser and see if this resolves the issue for you?

Thanks for your response. Yes I do have the latest version of iOS and safari installed. I did in fact try clearing the cache and cookies of the safari browser, but that did not resolve the issue. I will submit a support ticket.

Did you eventually activate 2FA (two factor authentication) for your account? It seems that the authentication flow with 2FA isn't working properly and in the end box isn't using the redirect URL with the auth code.
