Unable to log support ticket

I am unable to log support tickets since last 2 days. The "submit" button does not work.

When I looked into the web developer tools console, I see some error. And every click on submit increase one error.

Any one else also seeing this issue?

I've submitted a few support tickets in the past 48 hours or so, for whatever that's worth.

 

Does the same thing happen if you try a different browser (e.g. Chrome instead of Edge or Safari), or from a private browsing/incognito mode window in your browser?

I have tried Chrome, incognito chrome, FireFox and Safari. Not able to submit ticket at all.

All failed with same error in console "ReferenceError: ga is not defined".

I have the same problem for a week now.  My trouble ticket is 

regarding Case # 2149821. My support guy is Allen, but he emails every once in a while without resolution.  I had to temporary add box to my employee's personal email and I cannot add her work email back in.  There is no way for me to track the case number or trouble ticket.  I cannot call, and don't know what to do. 

 

Maybe I'll cancel to get someone's attention?
