unable to log in to BOX support forum

Hi there! 

I have a strange issue with my main BOX account. I am unable to connect to BOX SUPPORT FORUM despite signing in. Every time I signed in at BOX SUPPORT (https://support.box.com/), it divert me to my BOX storage (https://app.box.com/).

I have checked the settings in both accounts and they are the same. so wondering if there's anyone who could help address & resolve this, thanks!

Please be advised that the option to submit a 'support ticket' is only available to all our paying customers. I checked your profile and I see this is linked to a Personal Free Box, so this support channel is not applicable to your type of account. 

The community and its members would be more than happy to help if you could provide more details on the issue you encounter with your Box account.

Hello France…i need help from Box and there seems to be no way to get it. 
I have a free account too. The sound on many of my videos are missing after uploading to my box account. can you help?
