Unable to log in to Box

Hi there

 

One of my colleagues is unable to log in to Box currently. He is being asked for the code from the authenticator app but does not have Box set up in his Authenticator app.

 

He usually receives a code via email to log in, but that changed last week to a request to access the Authenticator app.

Please advise the affected user to submit a ticket to us directly as we assist 2FA issues directly with the affected user only. You may provide this link to create a ticket.
