Unable to log in from work account

My work account (sorry, not going to post it here) won't allow me to sign in. It tells me my credentials are invalid. I tried resetting the password and got the message that the password had been changed in my work email. I then tried signing on with that password and it told me my credentials were invalid. I tried again two more times and it still fails. 

What kind of company uses a public form for support that you have to sign in to? How do you get help when there is an account issue?
