Unable to log in from new devices

When trying to log in from any new device, I am asked to enter 2-step verification. I do receive the text with the code but when I enter I receive an error that reads:

There was a problem sending you a text message. You can wait and try again later. If this persists, your number or service provider may not support text messages from Box. If you have any questions, please contact us for support at http://www.box.com/help
 
I am receiving texts so I am not sure why I am getting this message and unable to log in.
 
Please help resolve this.
