Unable to Log In Due to Cancelled Smartphone Plan After Setting Up SMS Authentication

I had set up SMS authentication, but I have since cancelled my smartphone plan, which is preventing me from logging in. Additionally, this account was newly created for help purposes and is a separate personal account from the one I am unable to access.
