Unable to Live Edit in Microsoft Excel Online

Even though I am an editor, I can't live edit within Box.com's Microsoft Excel Online option. The excel workbook is protected and opens in View-Only mode. I'm not sure how to open the file for live editing with multiple editors simultaneously.

    Hello, I would love to hear how this was resolved.  Many folks in our organization are having similar issues, not being able to live edit with multiple editors simultaneously.  It's a big enough issue that folks are opting to use Google Docs instead, causing us a security headache.  Thanks!
