Hi Box Team!
Whenever a collaborator attempts to leave comments, messages like "new version available" or "unable to leave comments" pop up. This hasn't been an issue unless there are multiple people entering Acrobat Online through Box to leave comments/feedback. This being a crucial element to the problem as several stakeholders need access at the same time to collaborate.
Seems to only effect PDF/Acrobat and other documents like Word Online work just fine with multiple collaborators working at the same time.
On help would be appreciated, thanks!
