Hi,


I'm experiencing an issue with the Box Cloud app. Whenever I try to generate backup codes for my account, I get an error message. I’ve tried refreshing the page, logging out and back in, and even using a different device, but the problem persists.


Is this a known issue, or is there any fix for this? I need the backup codes urgently for account security.


Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
