My 2FA cannot be disabled, I cannot generate new backup codes, I cannot add a new 2FA.  Everything I try creates an error.


For example, generating a new set of backup codes:

If I remove the 2FA from my account, it claims it worked:

I even get an email indicating it was removed.  However, refreshing the security settings continues to show it is enabled:

If I do remove it without refreshing the security settings, I do get a new "Setup" button.  But trying to add an authenticator app results in an error in that the QR code never appears:

Trying to add SMS using every conceivable formatted phone number I can think of always yields this:

I didn't even select an address. It sent to the default on file.


Please help.  I'm down to my last backup code.
