Unable to Filter Sign for Expired Requests

The Expired filter in the Sign folders is not working; all of the other filters work but not the Expired filter. Is there a setting somewhere for this?

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to help with your Box Sign inquiry. 

 

By any chance, are you referring to the Box Sign report filter for expired sign request? If your answer is yes, according to Box Sign report article.

Here are the filters for this report: 

  • Date Range/and group them by Day (default), Month or Year
  • Users or Groups
  • Request ID(s)
  • Affected Folders

Note: If a folder is selected that has signature requests before April then data around those will not appear in the Signature Request report.

Just tested this and it looks like it’s working okay for me.  Just confirming that you’re setting an expiration period on your Sign requests?  When you’re looking at your unfiltered list, are you seeing some entries with an “Expired” Status?
