I'm trying to set up 2FA. When I visit Account Settings > Account > 2-Step Verification, I see the following message: "Unable to fetch 2-step verification information. Please refresh and try again." I tried refreshing, but the message still appears. 

I've tried over the course of several days, is there some underlying admin setting that must be changed for me to turn it on, or might this be a bug?
