Unable to export users

Hello

I am unable to get the export of users.  I can click every other button for data, and it isn't grayed out, but in the past two months I cannot export the user list.  I've tried other browsers with no luck.

Any idea on how I can get the extract?

I understand that you are having issue exporting users from your account. This would be something Box Support team would like to investigate and may require specific account information, so I went ahead and created a ticket for you so that an agent can work directly with you on looking into this.

Hello,

I have the same problem. When i clic on "Exporter les utilisateurs", i don't have anything.

I have try with 3 other web browser and it the same.

Could you help me?

My manager went into my admin account and made sure all boxes were checked for export.  Once he did that I was able to access and export.
