When this error box pops up and I click into "Security & Privacy," I cannot find anywhere a place where it says "System software from developer Box, Inc. was blocked from loading" or gives me the option to "allow" (as shown in the box below). So I have been unable to run Box Drive on my computer... Has anyone had this issue?

I am having the same issue as I attempt to switch from Box Sync to Box Drive. A general solution would be helpful.
I'm having the same issue on MacOS 10.15.7
Using Macbok Air M1 chip
1. Did not get prompt to select "Allow" during installation
2. In security and privacy tab - Box app is not there
Same issue here with a new macbook pro M1
@all -- for me the fix was some combination of updating my OS and a couple of reboots. You want to be checking in the bottom half of the General tab in Security & Privacy.
Posting on this thread doesn't appear to trigger any kind of alert to Box support. If you're still having issues, make a new thread.
I am having the same issue, transfer from a 2016 macbook to a 2018 macbook and have this issue. Ran this /Library/Application\ Support/Box/uninstall_box_drive and reinstalled with the same issue. Anyone else have anything that worked? Running 11.3.1
