I work as a consultant and is currently working for a client that uses Box (my company uses OneDrive sharepoint). I have downloaded all the apps possible, Box Drive, Box for Office Desktop - however I am unable to edit in real-time, together with my client, when I open the file in desktop version. I can only do it in Excel / PowerPoint Online, which has very limited features. I am also unable to open a presentation or Excel sheet in my desktop app if someone else has it opened in their desktop app. What can I do to be able to work in real-time from my desktop app so that it stores? I have also tried PowerPoint --> File --> Account --> Add a service --> Storage, but I don't have storage to Box as an option.
