Thought I had this fixed, but alas, no. Still getting an error every time I try to save an mp4 from box mobile to my iphone 11.

    Can you provide is a screenshot of the error that you encounter every time you try to save the files into your iPhone?

    Can you make sure that you have the latest iOS version and Box for iOS installed on your iPhone? Also, what is the size of the video you are trying to download.
