The files sent by the client via given link is unable to download. Please help

Looks like you're accessing a shared link and in order to download its contents. Kindly reach out to the sender/owner to ensure that they enabled download for the shared link. 


To allow download on a shared link


  1. In the Share window, click Link Settings. The Shared Link Settings window opens.

  2. Check Allow Download.
