Unable to download files from Box

I am unable to download files from the box url and none of my files open when i open them on the box drive. I have attached a snippet of the error that is popping up when I open files on the Box drive

    To confirm, are you able to preview this file in Box.com (Box webapp)?

    If yes, can you try manually resetting your Box Drive following this article and see if this helps resolve the issue opening your files.

    Hi France 

    The issue is still persisting. I am still unable to download filed from the Box.com and unable to open files in the drive folder. 

    Would it be possible to get onto a call to get my issue resolved.
