I am unable to download any Excel file from Box. I get a "read only" option and also states "locked by other user". I've used box for years with no issues, so this problem just started within the last week or so.

Upon checking your Box account, it seems that you're only working on your shared folders. Kindly reach out to the file/folder owner and ensure you have access to "download" the file/folder.
