Unable to delete or transfer user files

Trying to delete a user who left the organization on Box but unable to. Please help urgently.

Go to Admin Console, Users and Groups, find user and select delete.

As part of the delete process, we are not getting the option to transfer ownership to another user.BOX1_mF88B5V5ZxoEblvf-KMNSw.png

I checked under oventus365 Admin mailbox and no emails or tickets were received.
